Sprite Dental Nurse Recruitment is looking to increase their team based at their Southampton office
The Role
We are looking to bring on an experienced recruiter to specialise and start a new dental care recruitment desk. As this is a new start up desk, with the help and support of senior management you will be responsible for networking new clients with the flexibility of supplying throughout the UK.
You will source and recruit dental nurse candidates for temporary & permanent placements. As the desk grows you will build a team around up and step into a management role of the new division.
Ideal candidate
* You will have previous experience within the Dental care sector, and ideally have experience within a recruiting role.
* Be confident in assessing Clients requirements and providing a high quality and professional service
* Competent at developing new business by canvassing and visiting potential new clients to outline the professional services you are able to supply
* Will be a sales minded, ambitious individual
