Our goal is to acquire 1MM donors in the next 5 years. We operate in a flat management environment with a small team of highly qualified, experienced people. We are looking for a passionate and skilled digital marketer to grow our online program. You will have primary responsibility for all digital efforts across multiple brands and must be able to work in a dynamic environment. You should be experienced in managing websites and optimizing the donation experience, email campaigns, online advertising, online prospecting, mobile, website conversion and social media. You will be an integral part of the senior management team and report directly to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in managing large, highly complex digital marketing programs with multi-million dollar annual campaigns.
