As a Recruitment Resourcer your role will involve;
• Making outbound calls to potential candidates
• Providing information on various roles available
• Pre-screening / interviewing over the phone daily
• Posting job adverts in the necessary areas around the north west etc.
• Working within a positive team environment
• ·Scheduling F2F interviews for potential candidates
• ·Interacting with clients to gain information and general updates
• Reporting back to management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Working towards various KPI’s and targets
• Sourcing candidates daily via various different job boards
• Building strong rapport/ relationships with clients / candidates
• Candidate / client management
• Dealing with permanent / temporary staff
