ROLE
Working on a mix of existing clients as well as new opportunities, this is a great role for a recruiter with some exposure to a technical discipline who is looking for a long term opportunity with a market leading brand. You will not only get to work on some major assignments already in play, you will receive first class training and direction from the experienced team around you.
The work will involve placing white collar engineering staff into a mix of SME and corporate clients across the UK, with the onus on long term contract work although some perm positions may also be filled. You should be confident working on a technical brief and will have the support of resourcers to supply candidates for the positions you are covering.
With team members earning over £80k in their second year in the role it is a very lucrative position for someone harbouring long term ambitions to succeed.
PERSON
The likely candidate will have an engineering / technical / construction / aerospace recruitment background and be looking to develop a career, not just move for a like for like role. The client in question is a market leader in this space, and if you have at least 6 months recruitment experience in the sector, and still enjoy the end to end element of the role this is an excellent option.
PACKAGE
Salary will reflect experience and can be from £20-30k depending on time served in recruitment and success achieved so far. A guarantee can be put in place for the right person and car allowance is also achievable.
